Join us to learn how the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Property Rental Assistance and Acquisition Program can help lease or purchase your ARO on-site apartment or condo to meet your Affordable Requirements Ordinance on-site unit requirement. CHA can help secure market rate rentals or purchases for units that meet their requirements. Plus, you get a $25,000 reduction in any remaining ARO in lieu fees.
