Description
Are You Getting Paid to Go Green?
If not, then you need to attend this special Homebuilder Seminar to learn how to take full advantage of the Federal 45L Energy Efficient Home Credit. This federal tax credit can pay up to $5,000 per home or apartment that are certified under the certified Energy Star or Zero Energy Ready Home programs. Homes and apartments built before 2022 can also earn $2,000 for meeting most local codes.
Furthermore, attendees will learn how to earn energy efficiency financial incentives offered by Illinois utilities.
Brady Bryan, CEO of the Brayn Consulting, LLC, a leading energy tax incentive expert who has presented at the International Building Show (IBS), along with BRAYN’s Senior Engineer, Austin Bewley, will explain how to certify and claim the federal tax credit.
In addition, Allen Drewes, President of the Home Builders Association of Illinois (HBAI), will give an update on the Illinois Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and proposed Stretch Code.
This event is presented as a collaboration between HBAI and the Building Industry Association of Greater Chicago (BIAGC), with special pricing for members of all HBAs in Illinois.
